Welcome to Todaydo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Todaydo mobile application (the "App") provided by Todaydo ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App following any modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
Todaydo is an AI-powered daily task management application designed to help users organize their daily activities, set goals, and improve productivity. The App provides:
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App and that they have read and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and to comply with them.

Todaydo offers premium features through subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described in the App at the time of purchase.
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
We may offer free trial periods for premium subscriptions. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may only be available once per Apple ID.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.
All purchases are handled by Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly through your purchase history or the App Store.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until their renewal date. You will be notified of any price changes in advance.
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App, including tasks, notes, and other data ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

The App, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Todaydo and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The Todaydo name, logo, and all related trademarks are our exclusive property. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
The App uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized task suggestions and recommendations. While we strive to provide helpful and accurate suggestions, AI-generated content is provided "as is" and should not be considered as professional advice.
You acknowledge that:
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TODAYDO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Todaydo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with:
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Todaydo regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
